2. Information we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, cleaning and property or business type, approximate size, postcode, preferred date, frequency, additional information you choose to provide, and our correspondence with you.

3. Why we use the information

We use the information to understand your enquiry, prepare and respond to a quote request, confirm service availability, communicate with you and, where relevant, establish and manage a customer relationship.

4. Legal basis

For quote requests, we process personal data because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Other correspondence may be processed under the legal basis appropriate to its purpose, including our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries where relevant.

5. Service providers and recipients

Netlify processes and stores submissions made through the website quote form on our behalf. Resend processes email addresses and relevant quote details to deliver transactional confirmation and notification emails. Google/Gmail is used to receive and handle quote-request correspondence. These providers act as processors or independent controllers as applicable to their services. We do not sell personal data.

6. Processing outside the EEA

Our service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, transfers must be based on an applicable legal mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary measures where required. More information is available in the providers’ privacy documentation.

7. Retention

Quote enquiries that do not lead to a customer relationship should normally be deleted no later than 90 days after the enquiry has been concluded.

If a customer relationship results, relevant information may be retained longer where necessary for the contractual relationship or applicable legal or accounting obligations.

8. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability or to object to processing. Some rights are subject to conditions and legal exceptions. You may also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
